Wellbeing can be described as feeling good and functioning well across all parts of your life. Wellbeing is strongly linked to feeling happy and satisfied with life. There are many ways to describe and build wellbeing that are personal to you.
Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.
So said the poet, Robert Frost. They are words we can live by to support our wellbeing. Reading the right poem at the right time can surface self-knowledge that supports our wellbeing. Exploring insights in writing helps to solidify and make visible core elements of our inner life that contribute to our wellbeing.
